Michelle Lazaro is the Corporate Secretary of Tiger Resorts, Leisure and Entertainment Inc. (TRLEI). TRLEI is the parent company and entity behind the famous and popular Okada Manila resort in the Philippines.  
At Tiger Resorts, Michelle Lazaro oversees various important aspects from corporate governance to compliance to seamless operations and adherence to higher company standards.  
Many people don’t by Michelle is the daughter of late Manuel "Lolong" Lazaro. Manuel Lazaro was the former Chairman of Okada Manila. He passed away in 2022 at the age of 87. Manuel was highly respected within Tiger Resorts and he was instrumental in helping guide the Okada Manila resorts during the pandemic. His visionary leadership contributed to the company’s growth. The company has lauded him as "an inspiration to many," attributing much of the resort's remarkable growth and success to his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment.
