Importance of DOT SAP Evaluation Programs
DOTS are mandated for the safety and sensitive employees and are expected to follow the DOT’s drug and alcohol policy. If one of these employees is under the influence of drugs and alcohol at work, they could put themselves, their coworkers, and the public in harm. The DOT has zero tolerance for drug/alcohol use.
